CROWN INDUSTRY WORK & PROCESS

From
drawing
to delivery.

A structured manufacturing workflow covering engineering, material planning, fabrication, inspection, finishing, dispatch and site installation.

ENGINEERING FABRICATION INSPECTION INSTALLATION

01 / WORKFLOW

Every stage
has a purpose.

Crown Industry follows a structured process for EOT and Goliath crane manufacturing, from receipt of customer requirements through fabrication, inspection and final site installation.

The workflow starts with LOI / PO / WO, followed by drawing approvals and material procurement. Fabrication then progresses through cutting, welding, grinding, drilling and assembly.

Quality inspections, customer inspection, painting, packaging and dispatch are followed by site assembly, erection, installation and customer support.

13 PROCESS STAGES From project initiation to final handover.
01 QUALITY Inspection checkpoints throughout manufacturing.
01 SITE SUPPORT Assembly, erection and installation at site.
